Bobovac was one of the most important royal towns of the medieval Bosnian kingdom. Its walls and the royal mausoleum stand on a rocky hill above the gorge.
The short walk up from the road passes through the forest — the view from the top explains why the kings chose it.
Route
Drive towards Mijakovići, park at the end of the road and walk up the marked path to the fortress.
